Shortly after moving to Utah we started a Utah based cooking team competing in Kansas City Barbecue (KCBS) and Steak Cookoff Association (SCA) events. In competitions you only get 1 Bite to make a first impression on the judges. We want to share our love of good Q with our friends and neighbors.

Our History
1. We will periodically announce a BBQ Pop Up sale through email and social media. That menu and price will be specific to that date and time. Orders must be received by Tuesday evening for the following weekend to guarantee your order.
2. We also offer the opportunity for you to host your own BBQ event. Check out our MENU link below. We request two weeks notice for BBQ event orders and require $100 down.

Sometimes you may not have one or the other but still want good barbecue. While we would love to see you stop by, we can deliver the same quality products to your office or home.
