Under a groundbreaking new law, Utah has allowed home chefs to sell their home cooked meals directly to the public. We undergo food safety manager training, are inspected by the county health department, and fully licensed to sell within the state.
A Utah MEHKO cannot offer onsite consumption to customers. We do not cater events which often include setup, serving, and cleanup. Food can only be delivered or picked up.
